"Always" - TBM

Here is another one of my videos from The Birthday Massacre. I have to give my groups equal time.

Happy New Years Eve

Hello readers of the Gothic Rock Journal. I want to wish you all a Happy New Years Eve, 2012's last hoorah. Wanted to remind you that Lacuna Coil's USA leg of the tour will be starting in about a month. They will kick it all off with the 70000 Tons of Metal cruise out of Miami, FL. You can get all the tour dates here.

As far as the setlist goes, if the Euro leg is any indication (and it could be changed), here is the list:

      1.  I Don't Believe in Tomorrow
      2.  I Won't Tell You
      3.  Kill the Light
      4.  Senzafine
      5.  Heaven's a Lie
      6.  Self Deception
      7.  Entwined
      8.  To the Edge
      9.  Give Me Something More

      10. Falling
      11. Closer
      12. Within Me
      13. End of Time
      14. Shallow Life

      15. Our Truth
      16. Upsidedown
      17. To Live Is to Hide
      18  Fragile
      19. Swamped
      20. No Need to Explain
      21. Survive
      22. Trip the Darkness
      23. Spellbound
      24. My Spirit

If you ever need a setlist, you can usually find it for any group on setlist.fm . If any of you are attending the concert, I would like to know. Just leave me a comment. And of course, let me know how it was.

That's all for now and enjoy your New Years Eve!

My Latest Video

In addition to The Gothic Rock Journal, I also make Youtube videos. My channel name is kirkscott2 on Youtube. Here is my latest video.

About This Blog

I have some big plans for the Gothic Rock Journal, but first I would like you to know as a blog reader that any comments or suggestions you may have will be given high priority and could very well take us in a new direction.

OK, with that said, the purpose of the Gothic Rock Journal is to keep us all informed of the happenings in the genre of gothic rock, metal etc. I can not know everything that is happening and could need some help from my readers to keep us all informed and entertained.

My three favorite groups are Lacuna Coil, Evanescence and The Birthday Massacre. I would like to know my readers favorites and, who knows, they may become my favorites as well. At any rate, this blog could take many twists and turns along the journey.

With that I would like to welcome you to The Gothic Rock Journal.
