TBM 2013 Tour Announcement Coming Soon

I have just been informed that The Birthday Massacre will be announcing tour dates soon. This is exciting news for the fans and is causing quite a buzz. You can bet that I will inform my readers as soon as the news breaks.

The Birthday Massacre To Play A Show In Las Vegas

Just received the news that The Birthday Massacre will be playing a show in Las Vegas at the Extreme Thing - Sports And Music Festival on March 30. There will be live music, pro wrestling, extreme sports, pro BMX and more.

I Have An Announcement!

Here it is. I am announcing the launch of my new store that will be opening here on the 18th of January. The name of my store is called Kirk's Kreations and I will be creating my own custom products to sell. I will be selling custom iPad and iPhone skins, T-shirts and Mugs to start. I can create any kind of images I want on them. That means if you have any special requests, I can create it on a skin or mug etc.

Birthday Massacre Song Chosen For Movie

More news from The Birthday Massacre. The song "Forever" will be used in the film "The Lost Tree". The film stars Thomas Ian Nicholas (American Pie Films), Lacey Chabert (Mean Girls), Scott Grimes (Robin Hood, Band of Brothers), Clare Kramer (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Bring it On) and Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill, Sin City films). 

There is no trailer yet and no release date.

I also used this same song as background for my Boat Parade video on Youtube.  I think it is my favorite song from TBM. Can't wait to see how they use it.

The Birthday Massacre Video Contest 2013

Some exciting news coming from TBM tonight. They have just announced a new video contest where you, the fan, can create a video to become the next official Birthday Massacre video using songs from the latest album, "Hide And Seek".

First prize is $5,000 or $4000.00 plus a round trip ticket for two for any North American winner to Toronto to meet and have dinner with The Birthday Massacre. Second prize is an original drawing by Chibi signed by her and the rest of the band. Third prize is a complete signed catalog of The Birthday Massacre. Ten follow up prizes of a signed poster will be awarded as well.

You can use any song from the album, but personally I think someone should use the song "Play With Fire". I think this song figures to be the next hit from the album.

The contest runs from January 9th to March 9th and the most views on Youtube wins. So if you think you can create something awesome for the group, you should give it a shot. And be sure to let me know if you do.
